Introduction

Taihu.jpg

The International Workshop on HPC Architecture, Software, and Application at an Extreme Scale, hosted by the National Supercomputing Center in Wuxi, provides a great opportunity for the distinguished HPC-related researchers from different countries to exchange their ideas of the unconventional technologies to impact the future HPC and Big Data systems. From Petascale to Exascale, we are facing many challenges including HPC architecture, programming model and tools, and application development. We hold this workshop aiming to gather the breakthroughs and pave the way to further international cooperation. The workshop will be held on 17th 2016, in Wuxi, China. Besides a series of interesting speaks that covers a wide range of the latest HPC technologies, we will also arrange diverse activities and networking opportunities, to push forward international communication.
